Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients identify and capitalize on opportunities to reduce risk and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their processes, ultimately enhancing business performance.What''s in it for youYou will engage with leading financial services clients across various sectors, including insurance, superannuation, and banking, gaining diverse experience.Utilising cutting-edge tools and AI, you''ll assess and improve the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of clients'' operational processes, controls, activities, policies, and systems.You''ll leverage EY''s extensive global network to discover and implement solutions addressing our clients'' key challenges and support their transformation journeys.In this role you willDevelop and execute internal audit plans to assess internal controls and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.Identify and evaluate business risks and control weaknesses, providing mitigation recommendations.Analyse new legislation to assess impact on risk exposure and help clients address compliance, financial, and operational risks.Lead fieldwork, including audit testing, data analysis, personnel interviews, operational observations, and physical inspections.Utilise data analytics tools to identify trends, anomalies, and risks within large datasets.Prepare and present detailed audit reports with findings, implications, and recommendations.What were looking forHeres our wish listbut dont worry if you dont meet all criteria.
