The Role: We are seeking an Application Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize strategic application initiatives that drive business success. This role is vital for ensuring seamless integration within our IT ecosystem, aligning solutions with enterprise architecture goals, and managing our technology asset portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Design & Implement Solutions: Develop tailored application solutions aligned with business needs, IT strategy, and governance standards. Strategic IT Planning: Define and execute IT strategies, roadmaps, and enterprise architecture objectives. Seamless Integration: Ensure effective application integration within the IT ecosystem and optimize the technology asset portfolio. Solution Governance: Enforce architectural best practices, identify risks, and promote continuous improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Team & Capability Development: Enhance skills within the Strategy & Architecture team and contribute to long-term IT maturity. What Youll Bring: Technology & Architecture Expertise: 10+ years in IT, software development, system design, with at least 5 years in solution architecture. Cloud & Enterprise Solutions: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, ERP (SAP), CRM, and integration platforms (MuleSoft, BTP-IS). Enterprise Architecture & Governance: Strong understanding of TOGAF (certification preferred) and IT governance frameworks. Industry Experience: Prior experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is preferred. Problem-Solving & Business Acumen: Ability to assess risks, optimize solutions, and align IT strategy with business goals. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Proven ability to engage cross-functional teams, drive initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
