The Tech Hub team brings our purpose to life by enabling our companys businesses to achieve their technology-driven goals. The work undertaken in Tech Hub covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities.Technology Governance & Risk Management involves running and establishing frameworks, policies and procedures to manage technology risks and issues to ensure compliance with obligations and regulatory requirements.As a Technology Controls & Assurance Senior Manager, you will be supporting the Technology Controls & Assurance Director to ensure that technology, security and data controls are documented, assessed, and managed effectively across the firm. You will build strong relationships throughout the business which will enable you to successfully manage and execute control testing and reporting ensuring control weaknesses, risks and issues are managed in accordance with the firm''s risk appetite.Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:Providing extensive experience in technology risk, controls, and assurance disciplines, with a proven track record in successfully performing control testing, identifying technology control gaps, and providing remediation strategies appropriate to the firms risk appetite and organisational objectives.Demonstrating deep understanding of Audit/Assurance and risk assessment processes, with a good knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001/2Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes on timeDemonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and deliver meaningful reports, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders towards positive outcomesDemonstrating a strong capability and focus to drive continuous improvementProviding collaborative and innovative, you thrive in environments that value reimagining the possible for clients and stakeholdersActing with integrity and showing care for the people you work with, ensuring meaningful interactions and resultsIn our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen by:Actively contributing to the development, documentation, approval, implementation and testing of the firms Technology, Security and Data ControlsManaging and executing the evaluation of design and operational effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with the Control Assurance FrameworkWorking with control owners to identify gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen the control environmentEscalating and reporting on risks, control weaknesses, incidents and issues that remain unmitigated or outside of risk appetiteLeading the Quality Management for Service Excellence Assurance (Objective 11 Technological Resources) which supports from a technological risk and IT controls operation perspective.
