We are on track to break records in 2025, scaling at pace, making this the perfect time to join CreditorWatch.Our Purpose Empower Australian businesses to trade confidently with their customers.Our Mission We aim to be number one in our industry by delivering unique data insights and innovative products.Your Role & TeamWe are excited to welcome a newly created role at CreditorWatch, an Implementation Specialist focusing on our driving seamless implementation of Workato, our new iPaaS platform.This role will see you take full end-to-end ownership of the Workato integration between our platform and external ERP systems. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our integration capabilities along the way.You will develop and maintain integrations between ERP systems and our platform, create custom connectors where needed, and ensure the smooth operation of Workato recipes. Additionally, you will support new sales deals that require integration customisations, such as custom field mappings and handling bespoke customer systems.This role reports directly to the Engineering Manager and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain Workato integrations between ERP systems and our platform, including custom connector development where necessary.Platform Management: Own the Workato platform end-to-end, handling BAU tasks such as monitoring, troubleshooting, and updating recipes.Incident Response: Investigate and resolve issues related to failed recipes and integration failures.Sales & Customer Support: Assist in pre-sales and onboarding by customising integrations, including field mappings and working with bespoke systems.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams managing data ingestion into our platform to ensure integrations align with business needs.Scripting & Development: Utilise Ruby (where required) to enhance and extend Workato integrations.Proven experience working with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs (REST/ SOAP) and data transformation.Experience with ERP systems and understanding of how they integrate with external platforms.Basic Ruby scripting knowledge or willingness to learn.Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimise workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.Nice to Have:Experience working in a SaaS or fintech environment.Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.).Experience with event-driven architectures or message queues.More than just work Daily Fuel - Barista-made coffee, breakfast, snacks, lunches and drinks on us - we got you!
