At a high-growth stage, were seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Melbourne team.Youll be an ambassador for Mentorloop, a client advocate, and the mentoring sherpa for our customers, helping them achieve the best possible mentoring outcomes for themselves, their companies, and their mentors and mentees.The role is full-time within our close-knit Melbourne team, working closely with our EMEA Customer Success counterparts to meet Mentorloops strategic goals. This opportunity suits someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving processes, and thriving in a small team environment. We operate a hybrid model youll work 3 days per week in our Richmond office, with the remaining days remote or in-office, as you prefer.You are:An experienced customer success specialist experience in tech or SaaS, or in client/account management roles in creative, digital agencies, professional services, or post-sales care.Motivated to make mentoring magic excited to craft the best mentoring experience for our customers (both B2B and end-users).Motivated by an entrepreneurial environment a self-starter who can work independently and keep an eye on the broader vision.Revenue-focused enjoys contributing to B2B sales, product development, financial planning, and business growth.Ready to participate in APACs start-up community.Responsibilities:Enterprise Account Management build strong relationships, support onboarding, answer questions, and ensure customers maximize their mentoring programs.Customer Success provide a structured path to success by understanding customer motivators and pain points, building collaborative relationships, and demonstrating Mentorloops value.Customer Expansion identify opportunities to increase platform adoption within organizations and generate referrals.Product Consultation relay customer feedback and insights to the product team to inform platform development.Process Optimization help develop and scale efficient processes for business growth.Cross-functional Collaboration work with other teams to support company goals for 2025 and beyond.About us:At Mentorloop, were making quality mentoring more accessible.
