Senior Change Manager12 months initial contract with potential extensionHybrid role, 3 days WFHDrive change in a global, high-impact transformationOur client is looking for a dynamic Senior Change Manager to support a large-scale global transformation program impacting over 4000 individuals across operational and mine planning businesses. The role will focus on delivering change initiatives within the Enterprise Mine Planning (EMP) workstream, collaborating closely with highly technical stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business change and build organisational capability in a complex and fast-paced environment.Job OverviewAs a Senior Change Manager, you will play a critical role in coaching leaders, embedding change strategies, and ensuring successful adoption across a globally diverse workforce. You will work closely with program teams to deliver value early and promote operational excellence in change management practices.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the change management strategy and plans across the Enterprise Mine Planning workstream.Coach and influence senior technical stakeholders and leaders to drive engagement and adoption of change initiatives.Partner with global teams to embed change management practices and support capability uplift across impacted business units.Translate complex operational and technical concepts into accessible change interventions for a wide range of audiences.Monitor change readiness, manage resistance, and provide regular reporting on change impacts and risks.SkillsProven ability to work effectively in complex, global, and cross-cultural environments.Strong experience coaching and supporting both senior leaders and change practitioners in delivering large-scale change programs.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and influence across technical and non-technical groups.Mining industry experience or working with operational/technical engineering teams is highly desirable.Ability to work flexibly at pace, translating detailed technical planning into effective business change strategies.If you are interested and possess the right experience, please apply now via the link below.Contact: Maria Hecto - (08) 9423 1407 - (Job reference: 266311) #J-18808-Ljbffr
