The role will focus on delivering change initiatives within the Enterprise Mine Planning (EMP) workstream, collaborating closely with highly technical stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business change and build organisational capability in a complex and fast-paced environment.Job OverviewAs a Senior Change Manager, you will play a critical role in coaching leaders, embedding change strategies, and ensuring successful adoption across a globally diverse workforce.
