Role Description About The Role We seek a Senior Marketing Lead to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage supporters, and achieve measurable results. Reporting to the Interim Head of Marketing, you will bring club narratives to life across community, corporate, events, and fundraising initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to lead creative and impactful projects within a club dedicated to building something special. Key Responsibilities Lead integrated multi-channel campaigns from strategic planning to execution and analysis. Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to craft compelling brand stories across various platforms. Mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and shared success. Improve operational efficiency by refining campaign processes and implementing continuous improvements. Drive innovation through testing strategies and insights-driven decision-making to boost marketing effectiveness and audience engagement. Skills and Experience About You Strategic thinker with creative flair and attention to detail. Proven leader capable of fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to align internal and external teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects under deadlines. Proactive, solutions-oriented, with strategic oversight in fast-paced environments. Committed to continuous improvement and growth mindset. Valid Working with Children''s Check or willingness to obtain one. Minimum Requirements 4+ years in end-to-end marketing campaign leadership, preferably in sports, entertainment, or consumer industries. Proven record of driving growth and achieving strategic goals through innovative, data-driven marketing. Excellent project management skills, delivering high-quality results across various touchpoints. Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
