About The Company Join a well renowned Tier 2 HVAC contractor who is in a period of growth after landing new projects. They are looking for a PM who specializes in the commercial fit out space, with experience managing multiple smaller projects ranging up to $500k. They are interested in speaking with Junior PMs who have experience managing their own smaller value projects or an experienced minor works PM. You will be joining a company that specializes in a variety of other projects across the Tier 2 & 1 space, with opportunities for progression. What Your Day Looks Like Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for successful execution of high-value projects. Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet technical specifications and project requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. About You Minimum of 2 years HVAC project management experience on commercial fit out or minor works projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to manage projects from initial scope to handover. Skilled in quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. Remuneration & Benefits Up to $120k plus super, based on skills and experience. Car allowance or company vehicle.
