The Role: We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Quality Assurance Officer at our Tongala facility. This facility has been in operation for over 25 years and processes large numbers of cattle, much of which is destined for export markets. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the successful candidate will learn to: Undertake programmed day-to-day quality control procedures and assist with various quality assurance tasks. Initiate corrective and preventive actions where required. Ensure product meets all required hygiene, Aus-Meat export, and domestic regulations. You Will Have: Demonstrable knowledge of safe working practices and the ability to apply that understanding in your daily work. Capacity to undertake additional training and development as part of the Quality team. Ability to work as a team member or independently as the situation requires.
