Join to apply for the Sr. Marketing Consultant role at KeyBank Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 About the Job: As part of the Marketing Strategy and Planning team within Keys Enterprise Marketing Organization, this position reports to the Senior Marketing Consultant and focuses on marketing activities for the Consumer Bank. The team collaborates across the Enterprise to plan and implement marketing campaigns for Consumer and B2B products and services. Responsibilities include developing, deploying, and tracking Consumer Bank marketing strategies. The culture emphasizes collaboration, requiring engagement with multiple stakeholders on each project. Essential Functions: Assist in building marketing programs across business lines and identify innovative marketing opportunities supporting overall strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners, working effectively across teams to foster trust and collaboration. Monitor business results of marketing programs and adjust strategies using data, analytics, and research. Analyze, summarize, and interpret complex data to derive actionable insights. Understand consumer trends and behaviors and the impact of marketing on business goals. Stay informed about financial industry trends, including competitors, and communicate implications and opportunities to KeyBank. Identify project risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues to leadership as needed. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years marketing experience; agency experience is a plus. Experience in financial sector and consumer marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects and large-scale tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in data interpretation and report development. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and related products. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, written, and communication skills. Ability to track and manage scheduled assignments. Effective team player with the ability to interact across organizational levels and cultures. Results-oriented with a proactive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines and competing priorities. Familiarity with Agile development and Adobe MarTech suite is preferred. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range is $78,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience. Additional incentives include short-term and deferred incentive compensation based on performance.
