The Hybrid Sales Representative will focus on calling on Specialists and GPs, providing high-quality account management, and fostering long-term relationships to support patient outcomes and achieve sales targets. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires a proactive individual capable of interpreting clinical and scientific data, with a strong understanding of the therapeutic landscape.Main Responsibilities:Promote products to targeted Specialists and GPs with key messages.Serve as a conduit of information between the external environment and the internal team.Communicate effectively for collaboration and alignment.Engage responsibly with stakeholders, adhering to Medicines Australia guidelines.Respond promptly to scientific and medical inquiries.Support hospital meetings and organize educational events.Report activities and data via CRM.Achieve sales and SFE targets within budget.Build sustainable relationships through quality use of medicines.Understand hospital, state, and formulary processes.Provide tailored value propositions to stakeholders.Report adverse events within 24 hours.Uphold Chiesis customer experience principles and core values.Perform other duties as required.Qualifications and Experience:Degree in Health Science or Life Sciences with postgraduate qualifications.Proficient in Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.At least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Respiratory.Experience managing territories, calling on specialists and GPs.Strong project management and budget skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.High attention to detail and compliance.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Additional Information:Chiesi Australia is based in Melbourne, with a global HQ in Parma, Italy.
