Trains directly under a Principal or Senior Field Professional (PFP/SFP) to gain knowledge of TSS operations and principles for development. Learns Field Operators'' and FPs'' duties for equipment preparation, calibration, and utilization at the wellsite. Assists in the delivery of TSS equipment before and after operations. Supports pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. Performs assignments requiring basic engineering principles. Develops and maintains relationships with the technical customer base and provides support. May manage job schedules and communicate with customers on technical issues, performance reviews, and process improvements. Collaborates with local Business Development to keep customers informed about technology. May initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) activities related to Technology.Skills acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Physics, Geology, or Math.
