PCT provides innovative products to enhance client effectiveness, efficiency, and security, leveraging expertise in debt markets, managed funds, and digital solutions.Role SummaryAs a Client Manager, you will manage client portfolios, build relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver superior client service within the Managed Funds Services division of PCT.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure service delivery and operational excellence aligned with Perpetual policies.Manage client relationships, including maintaining plans and conducting visits.Oversee timely regulatory lodgements and compliance management.Support onboarding and off-boarding of schemes.Develop relationships with key service providers.Maintain and manage the compliance system, ClientConnect.Present at board and committee meetings as required.Oversee billing and review reports for compliance.Escalate legal or regulatory issues appropriately.Ensure all regulatory lodgements are completed timely.Assist with audits and risk reviews.Candidate ProfileWe''re seeking someone with:At least 5 years'' experience in Financial Services, with 3+ years in financial operations.Strong client management and relationship skills.Knowledge of fund structures and experience in the managed funds industry.Desirable experience in property, banking, accounting, or tax.Excellent time management, negotiation, and attention to detail.Work Culture & BenefitsOur culture is driven by the principles of Stretch, Own it, Make an impact.
