We are looking for our next Channel Manager Retail to join our Channel Strategy Team, reporting into our Head of Channel and Perfect Execution. In this role, you will drive Lions growth by developing and executing channel strategies that maximize sales, market share, and in-store brand impact. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work from the office and from home. A day in the life Support the Head of Channel Strategy and Perfect Execution to identify, prioritize, and execute channel strategies across retail, including consideration of Joint Customer Business Plans, category, and portfolio strategy. Conduct research and generate market insights to identify channel opportunities in emerging segments such as RTDs and premium spirits. Analyze customer and shopper data to leverage trends and foresight for strategic decisions. Implement the long-term roadmap for the Perfect Store initiative, ensuring optimal product visibility and impact across retail environments. Present insights and results to senior leadership, highlighting successes and future opportunities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, category, and operations teams to deliver integrated channel plans aligned with business objectives. Monitor and improve the effectiveness of channel and in-store strategies using data analysis. What Youll Bring Strong communication skills to articulate strategies effectively. Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights. Deep understanding of Australias retail beverage/FMCG channel landscape; knowledge of consumer and category dynamics in beer, RTDs, and spirits is a plus. 5+ years of experience in FMCG, including channel management, trade marketing, sales, or in-store execution.
