Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Australian Consolidated Milk (ACM) is an Australian owned and operated milk manufacturer located at Girgarre in Northern Victoria.ACM''s manufacturing facility, launched in 2018, is a cutting-edge, highly flexible production facility designed to serve both domestic and international markets.ACM employs over 140 highly skilled and dedicated people from the local community who produce a wide range of award-winning products including butter, cream, cheese, and milk powder.This newly created full-time position of People and Culture Co-Ordinator will support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management at our manufacturing facility.Reporting to the Business Manager, you will work closely with our Payroll Officer for award interpretation and with Site Managers for recruitment planning and day-to-day employee performance management (coaching, counselling, disciplinary actions, and wellbeing).Duties and Responsibilities include:Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including revising job descriptions, advertising, screening, conducting interviews, and pre-employment checks.Prepare employment agreements and facilitate new employee onboarding, including HR and site inductions.Maintain and develop the current HR Management system in compliance with legislative requirements.Administer employee files and related documentation.Ensure compliance with Fair Work, ACM Enterprise Agreement, Modern Awards, and relevant legislation.Serve as the first point of contact for site HR matters and escalate concerns as needed.Support grievance and disciplinary investigations.Provide guidance to Department Managers on HR or performance issues.Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks for the Business Manager.Coordinate the annual performance review process and support Managers as required.Oversee factory rostering, including planning staffing needs to meet production demands.Assist in developing and maintaining Return to Work plans for injuries.Support internal and external audits and follow-up actions.Maintain Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness initiatives.Skills and Experience:Sound HR, payroll, or employment relations experience.Experience with Kronos (UKG) payroll and HR management is desirable.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to gain insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as a People and Culture Coordinator?How many years'' experience do you have in Human Resources (HR)?How many years'' recruitment experience do you have?How many years'' employee relations experience do you have?How many years'' payroll experience do you have?Have you worked in a role requiring a sound understanding of employment & workplace relations?Which Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Researching careers?
