Responsibilities We are seeking a passionate customer service individual to join us as a Clinic Co-Ordinator on a part-time basis (Week 1: Wednesday - Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm; Week 2: Thursday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm). The ideal candidate will be compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven, with excellent organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing solutions. You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to provide quality hearing health outcomes. You will also learn about our products, services, and government funding programs, enabling you to apply tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.
