Role Overview Placement and Client Management role in the Financial Services Group (FSG) department, servicing a portfolio of clients through Financial Lines Insurance solutions and consulting services. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. About the Team The Financial Services Group (FSG) National team manages broking strategy and placement of financial lines business across Aons Mid-Market Private and Listed Clients. The role involves maintaining high service standards for complex accounts and advancing Aons market leadership in Professional & Financial Lines Insurance. Role Responsibilities Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience across financial institutions and mid-market complex placements. Assist the National team with client insurance program advice and placement of financial lines covers. Design servicing and risk management solutions. Identify revenue opportunities within the portfolio. Develop new and existing accounts through cross-selling Aons services. Provide market insights and placement strategies. Coordinate with Client Service Support, Claims, and Broking teams. Candidate Profile Experience in broking or underwriting with financial lines placement. Proven ability to manage a client portfolio or demonstrate client service capabilities. Proactive, resourceful, and persistent in business development. Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills. Collaborative team player with drive and passion for growth.
