Are you looking for a new beginning?New Beginnings is currently seeking a passionate Senior Disability Support Worker committed to delivering high-quality support to our participants.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Work across Hervey Bay and MaryboroughDevelop and implement personalised support plansMentor support workersMonitor and document participant progressAssist with onboarding when requiredPrimarily office-basedProvide direct support, including personal care in emergenciesEnsure compliance with NDIS standards and company policiesParticipate in on-call rotationQualifications and Skills we''re looking for:Cert III or IV in Individual Support or equivalentAt least 2 years'' experience in the care sectorStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPatience, empathy, and a positive attitudeProficiency with computers and relevant softwareCurrent first aid certificate and valid driver''s licenseCurrent NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and sleepovers in emergenciesAbility to work independently and in a teamDrive to help individuals achieve their NDIS goalsWhat we offer:Our goal at New Beginnings Support Service is to empower individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives through high-quality, personalized care that promotes independence and community integration.
