Having a can-do attitude and the flexibility to adapt across different cost functions will be key to success in this role.Reporting to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities include:Deliver clear and consistent reporting of financial performance, including monthly resultsMeasure and track cost drivers, operational metrics, and cost-saving initiativesPrepare forecasts and budgetsIdentify risks and opportunities to enable mitigationProvide financial support on new cost-saving initiatives, with ongoing focus on unit cost improvement, working closely with managementSupport business cases and contract reviews with detailed financial modelling and analysisTo succeed in this role, you will need:Professional accounting qualification or current study (e.g., CA / CPA)At least 1 year of experience providing insightful analysis through management accounting or business partneringExposure to a complex and fast-paced corporate environmentStrong computer skills (advanced Excel, PowerPoint)Applications close: Tuesday, 6 May 2025About JetstarThe Jetstar Group has airlines in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan.
