$109,944 p/a + super + salary packaging optionsAt Murray PHN, five organisational values - Leadership, Collaboration, Respect, Accountability, and Innovation - drive the way we do business, the way we influence the health system and the way we interact with each other and our stakeholders.As a not-for-profit organisation, and one of six Primary Health Networks (PHNs) in Victoria and 31 across Australia, we work with rural and regional services and national agencies to not only support health reform, but to develop locally relevant models of care, workforce solutions and to pilot innovative programs.Whether it''s supporting individuals with chronic conditions, enhancing mental health services, or reducing avoidable hospital stays, our focus is commissioning primary healthcare services that are accessible, high-quality, culturally responsive, sustainable, and importantly meet population needs and prevent disease.The OpportunityThis newly created role within our Planning and Strategic Projects team is pivotal to the identification, collection and monitoring of population health indicators that inform PHN program planning.Key AccountabilitiesHealth Planning:Oversee population health planning, including needs assessments and workforce planning initiatives.Data Stewardship:Maintain and manage health data assets, ensuring compliance with data governance frameworks.Policy Analysis:Develop insightful policy papers and support funding proposals to address emerging health issues.Stakeholder Engagement:Facilitate community consultations and integrate feedback into health planning processes.Partnerships & Knowledge Transfer:Foster regional collaborations and produce reports to inform and influence health system improvements.About YouMurray PHN is seeking a dedicated person to lead and inspire impactful change.
