We take pride in our rich tradition and history, and we strive to grow while maintaining the values that define us.About the Role As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, youll be the driving force behind the planning and delivery of exceptional events and seamless marketing operations, ensuring everything from event logistics to marketing materials meets the highest standards.Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of key organisational eventsManage the events calendar to ensure smooth scheduling and strategic alignmentEnsure all event materials and signage adhere to brand guidelinesLiaise with internal stakeholders and the graphic design team to fulfil marketing requestsMaintain inventory of printed marketing materials and coordinate timely replenishmentsReview and evaluate events to capture feedback and improve future executionManage all incoming marketing and signage requests to ensure timely deliverySupport continuous improvements across marketing systems and processesBenefits At Lutheran Homes Group, we genuinely care about our employees and their overall well-being.
