This role ensures members build the skills necessary to safely and effectively perform their duties in the field.The MLD oversees operational training priorities across a Region and supports State-wide learning initiatives. Leading a team of training professionals, the MLD drives high-quality service delivery, ensures alignment with strategic goals, and fosters strong internal and external partnerships.Key responsibilities include:Leadership, Strategy, and Operational ManagementTeam, Resource, and Budget ManagementState-wide Leadership and Quality AssuranceCollaboration, Stakeholder Engagement, and RepresentationProcess Improvement and TransformationOperational Support and ReadinessStrategic Communication and Thought LeadershipAbout YouOur ideal candidate will demonstrate:Extensive experience in a training and development leadership role within a large organisation, with expertise in various training themes.
