The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.What will I be doing?The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team provides safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company''s international products, supporting their data ecological security.As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to manage resource planning cycles, ensuring operational efficiency at scale.This role may involve exposure to harmful content, including images, videos, and texts related to everyday life, such as bullying, hate speech, child safety issues, and depictions of harm to self, others, or animals.ResponsibilitiesManage resource planning for AI Data Service and Operations teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation and operational efficiency.Coordinate with operations teams to govern planning parameters and handle ad hoc requests or exceptional scenarios.Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Lead process improvement initiatives for resource planning to enhance relevance across stakeholders.Oversee capacity schedules and model deployment scenarios using data-driven analysis.Work with cross-functional teams to enhance capacity monitoring and reporting tools.Adapt to high-tempo environments and respond effectively to daily challenges.Maintain resilience and self-care to handle the emotional demands of the role.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor''s degree in business, economics, statistics, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, resource management, or strategic planning.Proficiency in data analysis, including Excel.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets.Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior stakeholders.Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SQL and data analysis tools.Experience in data labeling or annotation.Regional or global work experience.Background in BPO, social media, or call center environments.Additional InformationAbout TikTok, our mission, diversity & inclusion, and our commitment to trust & safety are also detailed in the description, emphasizing our inclusive culture and focus on employee wellbeing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
