It is a key contributor to the states tourism, offering award-winning RoofClimb and Stadium tours.AOSMA employs approximately 180 full-time staff and 1,500 casual employees in roles including operations, customer service, chefs, cooks, supervisors, baristas, bar and functions staff, and stores attendants, making it one of the largest employers in the hospitality and tourism sectors in South Australia.Besides managing a busy function and event business at Adelaide Oval, AOSMA also oversees venues such as the Oval Hotel, Monarto Safari Park, Koffee Ink, and the Malt Shovel Taphouse.Hospitality Operations Assistant Manager (Full-time)We are seeking an experienced, resilient, and passionate Hospitality Operations Assistant Manager responsible for the profitable delivery of functions and events at Adelaide Oval.Your success will depend on strong relationship-building, time management, problem-solving skills, and an enthusiastic, innovative mindset.
