Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$110,000.00/yr - A$125,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Teachers Mutual Bank LimitedSenior Recruitment Partner - Onsite @ Teachers Mutual Bank LimitedAbout the RoleAs the Marketing Traffic and Design Manager, youll be the linchpin of our marketing operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of projects from inception to completion.Youll act as the central hub, managing incoming briefs, prioritising tasks, and leading a team of 4 designers whilst also allocating resources across our talented digital (UX, Social, Automation) and design teams.Your exceptional organisational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and keen understanding of agile workflows will be vital to keeping projects on track and delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 4 designers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.Receive and meticulously review incoming job briefs, ensuring clarity and completeness before assigning tasks.Strategically allocate resources across digital and design teams, including your designer team, based on skill sets, availability, and project priorities.Utilise Jira for task management and Kanban boards to visualise and manage workflows, ensuring projects stay on track.Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Lead and support operational meetings to discuss project status, resource allocation, and potential roadblocks. Generate periodic reports on resource utilisation, project progress, and workflow efficiency.Manage production budgets, including printing, warehousing, and logistics expenses, ensuring adherence to financial processes.Update and maintain artwork files as required, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all marketing materials.Maintain and optimise the effectiveness of project management and approval tools, including Adobe Workfront and Proof HQ, and provide training to internal teams.Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and industry standardsAbout YouYou are a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Traffic Manager with a strong understanding of marketing operations and experience in leading creative teams. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You are process-driven, understand agile methodologies, and are adept at utilising project management tools like Jira and Kanban boards. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate potential roadblocks, and maintain composure under pressure will be key to your success.5+ years experience in a Traffic Management, Production Coordination, or Project Management role.Demonstrated project management experience with a strong understanding of agile workflows.Experience leading a creative team.Proficiency in utilising project management tools such as Jira for tasking, and experience with Kanban boards.Excellent time and people management skills, and administrative ability.Experience working with digital and print marketing teams.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of process driven workflows.Experience in financial services or a highly regulated environment.Experience with Adobe Workfront Project Management and Proof HQ systems or equivalent tools.Exceptional communications skills.Influencing skills & ability to adapt and recognise different personalities..About us:Teachers Mutual Bank Limited is one of the largest mutual banks in Australia.
