You will lead a team of learning professionals who analyse learning needs, deliver learning and talent development experiences and evaluate the impact of interventions on our business.As the Learning & Talent Development Manager you will collaborate closely with other Divisional leaders to develop and implement learning and talent strategies aligned with business strategic objectives.This role can be based out our of Perth or Adelaide support offices.What''s InvolvedLead, develop and drive the performance of a team, based locally and remotelyContribute to the development of our national learning and talent strategy and contextualise for your regionActively build and maintain strong relationships with relevant leaders, networking with all stakeholders across the businessUse data and a performance consultancy approach to discuss business problems as a wider system before presenting solutionsOversee the operational planning and execution of learning and talent development interventions in your region, including the creation and management of a budgetDelivery of designated leadership, culture and talent development initiatives, including interventions such as facilitating programs, coaching, 360 debriefs, psychometric profiling and career development conversationsPartner with the wider Talent function to research, design and evaluate learning and talent interventions.Who Were Looking ForAn innovative and strategic thinker who is self-driven, has a growth mindset and can build high trust relationships with your stakeholders.
