The key focuses include the development and implementation of workforce capability programs, managing employee relations matters and delivering expert HR Advisory services across our three regions: Australia, US and UK. If you value hands-on partnering with leadership teams and are excited by innovation and change in the P&C space, this is the role for you!Areas of responsibility include:Leading performance management and development, including the performance review cycle, implementing development pathways, succession plans and performance improvement plansLeading and continuously improving our annual employee lifecycle activities, including performance reviews, salary reviews, goal setting and development plansHR strategy and business planning, supporting the leadership team in decision-making, leadership effectiveness and the implementation of P&C strategiesLeading the resolution of complex employee relations issues and ensuring HR compliance globallyAnalysing P&C data to identify trends and areas for innovation and continuous improvementLeading the business partnering team while role modelling Dabble''s values and operational excellenceTo be successful in this role you will need:Experience in global employee relations/regional support (specifically AU, UK and USA)Experience in a similar People & Culture leadership roleConsiderable HR generalist and employee relations experienceExperience in setting up and supporting learning and development initiativesExcellent leadership, communication and attention to detailThe ability to travel interstate at least semi regularlyProficiency with HR tools and software.
