The Opportunity As a result of tremendous growth and investment in digital solutions, we are hiring a Senior Manager to drive digital transformation across the firm. You will lead in designing and embedding digital solutions to enhance value, productivity, efficiency, and the employee and client experience. Within the Digital Experience community at Ashurst Advance Digital, you will provide expertise in digital experience and methodologies for strategic initiatives, legal service transformation, and change management. You will collaborate across legal, consulting, and business services to: Identify opportunities for digital transformation, especially in legal delivery, and design/deliver solutions; Stay updated on digital capabilities to support strategic decisions; Support Digital Culture and Enablement initiatives to foster a digital mindset. Proven digital legal transformation experience in a professional services or in-house setting, including managing teams. Experience in driving digital initiatives alongside design, product, and change professionals. Hands-on legal technology skills and enthusiasm for legal innovation. Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
