Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What this opportunity involves:This role combines Site Lead and Admin Coordination into one role, you will be responsible for leading the team on-site and forging a lasting, open, and collaborative relationship with the client through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience on site.A snapshot of day-to-day duties required :Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional client experience focusing on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and complianceDevelop and implement client engagement strategies, building a community of ambassadors and workplace support teams for timely service deliveryServe as the first point of contact for the onsite team and manage client expectations through proactive communication and high-touch serviceHandle financial responsibilities including budgeting, purchasing , invoice processing, and PO managementCoordinate and support event and conference logistics , including F&B orders, PO management, and event trackingManage office amenities as well as oversee locker management and admin asset managementRespond to and support ticketing enquiries, manage work orders, and assist cross-functional teams as requiredMonitor and manage key performance indicators for employees and contractors, prioritising daily issues and delegating responsibilities effectivelyAbout you:Diploma or above with 1-3 years minimum relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, or commercial real estateExceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service in a professional settingStrong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to work independently with strong prioritisation and time management skillsStrong organizational skills and process management capabilitiesAbility to work effectively with diverse teams, demonstrating leadership, respect, cooperation, and accountabilityCapability to train team members, allocate work reasonably, and make sound judgments on resultsWhat you can expect from us:Youll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
