In this key leadership role, youll be responsible for daily operations, sales, stock management, and team leadership ensuring an outstanding experience for our loyal trade and retail customers.Reporting to the Victorian Retail Manager, youll be the go-to leader for both customers and internal sales teams, identifying their needs and delivering the best solutions. With a level of autonomy, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact, leading by example to: plan and manage resources effectively; drives sales and achieve daily targets; foster a strong safety culture and positive work environment.This is a permanent full-time position.
