As a member of our culinary team, you will support the team with daily management and food preparation.Experience in a range of different cooking styles and preparation techniques is essential, as is proven experience in supervision.The RequirementsThe successful candidate will possessPrevious experience at a similar level in a hotel environment;Excellent technical skills;An energetic and proactive enthusiasm to further develop your culinary expertise;Meticulous attention to detail in delivering consistently high quality dishes;Proven leadership skills to engage, motivate, coordinate and inspire a team;A team player who easily builds rapport with colleagues and guests alike;Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment andFlexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods.QualificationsAn experienced Chef de Partie with expertise in a similar fast paced operation;Motivation, energy and drive to exceed expectations;A passion to learn and grow within the Accor brand;Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across mornings, evenings and weekends;Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes andExcellent organizational skills and time management.Additional InformationThe Pullman Brand Is Part Of The Accor Group.
