Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is where indulgent retreat meets urban convenience.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but youll mostly be:Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebudsTaking ownership for your workstation keeping on top of supplies, equipment and wasteBeing cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene lawsHelping with washing up and other kitchen duties where neededWhat We need from you:Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol youll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local languagePrevious experience or currently studying cookeryPossess great attention to detailExceptional teamwork skillsTime management skillsA working knowledge and understanding of HACCP proceduresHigh standard of personal presentationOngoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guestsThe flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, public holidays and the upcoming festive season periodYou must meet the legal requirements to work in this countryWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
