As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will: Lead the development, planning, and implementation of a quality early childhood education program. Support and encourage professional relationships between Educators and parents. Uphold children''s rights and recognize childhood as a critical stage of development. Follow the principles and practices of the Australian early childhood profession. Collaborate with families to understand and meet their needs and interests. The Centre Harmony Bangalow caters for up to 60 children, located in the Northern Rivers hinterland. It features a homely atmosphere and an imaginative outdoor play area. About You This role is significant and requires you to: Develop and implement effective educational programs in consultation with children, families, and your team.
