Opportunities to complete a Cert 3 in Individual Support are available.Requirements for the successful applicant:Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain.Current First Aid and CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain.Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.Proficiency with technology, smartphones, and apps.Availability for mandatory paid training.Must-haves:Compassion and initiative.Problem-solving skills and adherence to policies.Understanding of incident reporting, documentation, complaints, and restrictions.Ability to work closely with families, professionals, and volunteers.Queensland Drivers License.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.Benefits include:Part-time or casual contracts with potential for permanency.Salary based on SCHADS Award Levels 1.1 - 2.4.Penalties and salary packaging options up to $15,600.Ongoing paid training and workshops.We are committed to recruiting the best staff for our service users.
