The school provides a blend of traditional and innovative programs designed to prepare students from Year 7 12 for higher education, vocational training, and employment. The successful applicant should have strong professional knowledge and a repertoire of effective instructional practices to challenge students and enrich learning experiences. The ability to differentiate the curriculum to support individual student progress is important, as is the capacity to form strong relationships with students, colleagues, parents/caregivers and the network of external stakeholders and partners who support the school. The successful applicant should have the capacity to use a range of data to inform planning and assessments, provide explicit feedback and monitor student performance.As a Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) Teacher at Pinjarra SHS, you will join our dedicated, experienced team to develop, review and deliver the HASS curriculum across Years 7 to 10 as well as ATAR Geography and/or General Careers and Employability in Years 11 and 12. Our HASS team also leads the school in delivering the Languages curriculum (AUSLAN).
