SunRice is a great place to work, providing a real opportunity for passionate people to make a difference.Leeton Mill is currently looking for a Site Services (Mechanical Officer) to join the Maintenance team at Leeton Mill.A trade qualification in Fitting is preferred however other trade qualified candidates will be considered. As part of the maintenance team, you will oversee a variety of maintenance tasks across the facility ensuring a safe environment for employees. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving and can handle a broad range of maintenance and repair duties and general labour work. In this role you will be focused on maintaining the physical assets of the site: buildings, gates, fences, line marking, and other nonproductive assets that affect the physical work environment.Additionally, you will be responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance program as set out by our organisation.The Successful Candidate WillHave a strong focus on safety and maintaining a clean work environment.Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise.Experience in delivering high quality work for various projects.Be reliable and physically fit, with a can-do attitude.Possess good communication skills and be able to follow instructions.Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously.Possess a construction white card.Culture And BenefitsAt SunRice our Purpose is at the heart of who we are as an organisation.
