Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:Must demonstrate Wok experience in an a la carte environmentAsian cuisine knowledge is highly regardedExperience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environmentResilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamExcellent communication skillsUnderstanding of food safety standardsFull-time availability.
