About the opportunity: Were seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Head of Infrastructure, Cloud & Delivery to lead a high-performing team across Cloud Operations, Infrastructure, Service Delivery and Support. Reporting to the CIO, this role is pivotal in completing the on-premises to cloud migration while shaping and executing a robust multi-cloud strategy (AWS & GCP) to support scale, redundancy, and compliance. Youll lead the delivery of cloud and DevOps initiatives, optimising CI/CD pipelines, accelerating speed of deployment, and embedding modern engineering practices across the Cloud Platform Team. This is a critical leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, project-heavy environment, with a clear succession path to CIO for the right candidate. About You: Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud & network transformation programs, ideally in regulated environments (e.g. APRA). Strong track record in executing multi-cloud strategies (AWS, GCP, Azure) including public, private, and hybrid models. Demonstrated success driving DevOps practices, business automation and cloud readiness. Experience in the management of highly available and secure Network Operations LAN/WAN, VPN. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk & compliance (CPS 234/231/230) and the development of security frameworks. Oversight and successful implementation of ITSM best practices. High confidence driving execution while balancing operational excellence and strategic delivery. Proven leadership of senior managers as this role has 5 direct reports leading larger teams of 60+ FTE across operations, delivery, and support. Why Join?
