You will lead a growing team, starting with 12 members and expanding to 35 over 23 years, utilizing AI tools to maximize efficiency. Direct collaboration with Josh Beaver will be a key aspect. Key Responsibilities Execute full-funnel growth marketingdemand generation, funnel design, lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, performance tracking, marketing operations. Support talent and brand marketing initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile 8+ years of proven growth marketing experience, especially in lead generation and scaling businesses. Hands-on builder: offers, funnels, paid traffic, copywriting, automation, testingdelivers results. Data-driven: owns metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates. Strategic thinker focused on profitable, repeatable growth at scale. Not suitable for those focused solely on brand awareness, management, or career hoppingmust be a doer and builder.
