Salary Range - AUD $128,191 - $136,132 AUD Annual Gross. In the role of Lead consultant, you will be responsible for test strategies and plans based on project requirement. This will also involve leading test execution and defect management. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintain automation framework using data automation tools, Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc. Should be good mentor and guide the team members. You will also contribute in creating solutions and approach for proposals on QA for our customers. Skill / Experience Requirements: Academics and Work Experience requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 12-15 years of experience with Information Technology Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. Desired Skills and Experience: Key Responsibilities: Lead program management efforts for Test Data Management initiatives. Develop and execute robust test data strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs. Coordinate test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications. Gather testing and data masking compliance requirements and translate them into actionable data management approaches. Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, driving technical discussions and ensuring effective coordination. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing. Key Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in stakeholder and program management. Strong capability in devising and implementing test data strategies and solutions. Expertise in test data masking, subsetting, and cleansing techniques. Familiarity with test data profiling, data quality assessment, and KPI tracking. Experience in managing test scenario and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating and provisioning test data. Ability to provide pre-sales support, including crafting proposals, solutions, and estimates. Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications. Advanced scripting skills using SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and JCL are advantageous. Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endevor. Prior experience with Test Data Management tools like Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware FileAid, and RDX.
