This role is pivotal to achieving continued business success and enhancing our position as a customer-centric, innovative business. Reporting to the Director, Strategy Sales & Marketing, the Head of Sales will shape and drive Brother sales strategies, with a strong focus on strategic thinking, customer-centric innovation, effective leadership, and driving growth across key business segments such as Printing, Labelling and Mobile Solutions, Scanners, Sewing & Craft, Direct to Garment, and others. The Head of Sales will ensure alignment with Brother''s overarching strategic objectives, particularly in the B2B environment and other identified growth areas. They will foster a high-performing, empowered team culture that encourages innovation, continuous learning, collaboration, and operational excellence. The Head of Sales Responsibilities include: Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing Sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, collaboration, and commercial excellence. Shaping and executing Brothers sales strategies and business plans, driving performance across B2B, D2C, and B2C channels through data-driven insights and customer-centric approaches. Driving cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and a connected customer journey including product planning, pricing, inventory, marketing initiatives, and reporting to ensure strategic targets are met. Negotiating and managing strategic partnerships and major deals, strengthening Brothers market position through sustainable growth initiatives and stakeholder engagement. THE PERSON We''re looking for someone with: Extensive leadership experience in senior sales roles within complex B2B environments, driving sustained commercial success. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that deliver measurable business growth. Track record of building, leading, and coaching high-performing, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to translate long-term vision into practical, actionable sales strategies. Deep expertise in customer lifecycle and B2B buying behaviors, with the ability to integrate customer journey mapping into sales processes and planning. Strong skills in fostering cross-functional collaboration to align departmental efforts with company-wide goals and enhance execution excellence. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills , ensuring clear, persuasive, and influential interactions across internal teams, external partners, and key clients. Interested?
