There is an opportunity for you to be involved in highly exciting projects in all these fields.As an Energy Lead Advisory team we focus across the whole energy sector from more mature markets such as onshore wind and solar to up and coming technologies such as hydrogen and our clients are both national and international.As a Valued Member Of The Team You Will:Play a role in advising clients on acquisitions, finance raising and divestments, from single assets to whole companies.Develop and enhance a key understanding of the Australian Energy Market.Craft clear, well-structured reports and presentations for various use cases and clients.Produce and analyse financial models to assist debt or equity capital process and evaluate the value of assets and companies.Provide inputs into key legal and commercial documents required in a transaction environment.Work with other advisors (e.g. tax, legal) to achieve successful outcome of a transactionContribute to business development through the production of marketing materials and high quality proposals.Foster meaningful relationships with clients and industry professionals.Provide insightful commercial, financial and strategic advice to a diverse client base.What were looking forHeres our wish list, but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes.For a Consultant 1-3 years of relevant industry experience.For a Senior Consultant 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.For a Manager 5+ years of relevant industry experience.Relevant industry experience is demonstrated through experience in (but not limited to) transactions (acquisitions, financing or divestments), the energy sector and financial modelling.A keen interest in tackling complex challenges that positively impact all Australians.Clear thinking and communication skills, with a knack for both quantitative and qualitative analysis.A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.????
