This is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects, mentor the next generation of customer-obsessed consultants, and play a key role in delivering transformative outcomes for our clients.The RoleThis position leads the strategic development and delivery ofWorkforce Transformation services including Workforce Modernisation, Strategic Change Management, Operating Model Design, and HR Transformation within Slaloms Australian Transformation capability team.Youll align with both global and local strategy, lead and contribute to thought leadership, deliver client engagement and provide subject matter expertise to clients across industries. The role includes collaboration with cross-capability leadership, market and team development, talent and resource planning, and ensuring delivery excellence.Please note:Candidates must be based in Australia and available for on-site work at Slalom offices or client locations.What Youll DoClient Delivery & StrategyLiaise with executive and senior clients to shape and drive transformationDesign workforce and change solutions aligned to client goalsBridge businesstechnology gaps to enable transformationLead operating model design, strategic roadmaps, and business casesBuild trusted client relationships across HR, L&D, Org Design, and ChangeEnsure delivery quality and resolve project escalationsMarket LeadershipShape Workforce Modernisation capability strategy and planningRepresent Slalom through thought leadership and industry engagementDevelop and drive go-to-market offerings and growthBusiness DevelopmentAct as an SME and Solution Lead in pursuits and RFx responsesBuild pipeline and lead business development effortsLeverage personal network to grow the businessTeam & Talent DevelopmentLead hiring strategy and workforce planningMentor and develop consultants; support learning initiativesPartner with Talent team on performance and development processesContribute to strategic planning and budgetingManage utilisation, cost to serve, and headcount growth targetsWhat Youll Bring:Workforce Transformation:10+ years'' experience with relevant qualifications, memberships and/or certifications; recognised thought leader and subject-matter expertOrganisation Design Expertise:Skilled in designing operating models, people strategies, and business cases and familiar with leading tools and methodologiesConsulting Expertise:7+ years in consulting leadership roles in Australia (as Senior Manager and/or Director equivalent), with a focus on change, leadership, human capital and talent consultingPeople Leadership:7+ years leading teams and delivering complex transformationsStrategic Mindset:Strong vision, critical thinking, and ability to translate strategy into actionExecutive Presence:Experience advising C-suite stakeholders and influencing outcomesDelivery Excellence:Proven track record managing large-scale engagements and financial performanceSales & Innovation:Strong pursuit leadership and ability to develop new consulting offerings and IP, track record of relationship-based selling, account leadership and client managementIf you are a passionate, proactive, and experienced senior leader ready to make an impact, wed love to hear from you.
