URGENT Recruiting Support Workers - Cert III Qualified or Studying towards certificate. Dementia experience preferred. Myassista In Home Care serves clients across the Gold Coast, Logan and Scenic Rim areas. This position is for Gold Coast/Southport area. We are looking for people to join the team who have a genuine desire to help others and know that helping a client can be anything from shopping, cleaning, transport, meal preparation, personal care or whatever the client requests. You have experience working with high needs clients, working with individuals across a range of ages and are comfortable working independently. You are solutions focused and professional, punctual and respectful. You must have excellent communication skills, your own vehicle which is insured, and be available to work flexible hours to suit client needs. Qualifications & experience You MUST hold the following: Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing/HACC/Disability or equivalent or Working towards Blue Card/Yellow Card/Worker Screening Clearance National Police clearance First Aid and CPR Be experienced in manual handling - eg: hoists COVID Vaccinated Tasks & responsibilities Domestic Assistance Cleaning (some shifts may be just cleaning) Transport Meal Preparation Respite Personal Care Genuine applications only.
