What You''ll Do: Lead the day-to-day running of the dental practice Assist with complex surgical and prosthodontic treatments Support, manage, and train staff (currently a small team of 3) Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient flow Maintain compliance and ensure exceptional patient care Oversee stock ordering, sterilisation protocols, and equipment upkeep What We''re Looking For: Strong clinical background in dental nursing , with experience in prosthodontics and surgery Experience managing or leading a dental team Confident, approachable, and highly organised A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment Someone who takes initiative and enjoys building efficient systems Why Join Us?
