Are you a committed 3rd or 4th year Landscape Construction Apprentice looking to finish your apprenticeship with one of the leading landscape companies in the Illawarra? We''re looking for superstars who want to expand their knowledge in all facets of landscape construction, working on both residential and commercial projects. What You''ll Be Doing As a 3rd / 4th year apprentice you''ll extend your knowledge of landscape construction including: Learning how to read plans, measure and mark out areas and safely prepare work areas Using excavators to create correct levels Building all types of retaining walls (block, concrete sleeper, timber, gabion) Installing paving, concrete paths, edging steps and other structural elements Building decks and other types of timber work Soil preparation, planting trees and shrubs, laying turf, mulching and garden finishing Helping to install drainage solutions and efficient irrigation systems Learning how to operate machinery like bobcats, excavators, mini loaders and compactors Developing strong communication skills to work effectively within a team onsite What We Are Looking For! 3rd/4th Year Apprentice in Landscape Construction A friendly, motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in landscape construction Someone who is eager to improve their skills and enjoys seeing a job through from start to finish A fun, positive and energetic attitude who is hardworking and physically fit Is reliable and punctual and can be counted on by your team Can follow instructions and contribute to a safe and friendly work environment Is safety conscious and understands the importance of safe work practices Holds a white card Holds a drivers licence and has reliable transport to get to and from work sites Why Join Us?
