About This OpportunityAs the Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the care they need by efficiently rostering our team of casual caregivers. You will be responsible for managing a roster while maintaining and adjusting it daily to meet the evolving needs of our clients and caregivers. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication to coordinate with both staff and clients effectively. The successful applicant will be required to work on a monthly rotating roster between 7:30am and 5pm. The ability to work some public holidays is also required, and you should be able to be on call if the need arises. Why join us? Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding their schedules, availability, and any adjustments. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches. Utilize scheduling software to manage rostering efficiently. Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery. About You Experience in rostering or scheduling is desired (preferably in healthcare, aged care, or community services). Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Exceptional administrative skills with the capability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with caregivers, clients, and stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changes.
