About the Opportunity HCA has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Parts Coordinator to join the Western division. Based in our Remanufacturing team, this position focuses on coordinating and supplying quality parts to internal stakeholders, maintaining high service levels while achieving and exceeding sales targets. Reporting to the WA Remanufacturing Manager, your responsibilities will include: Interpreting, identifying, and supplying parts to meet customer requirements. Liaising with the corporate office, manufacturers, and suppliers regarding customer needs, parts availability, provisioning, product information, pricing, competition, and warranty. Sourcing parts externally as needed. Initiating invoices for parts and resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies. Updating and maintaining computer records, including MS Dynamics. To be successful, you will need: To embrace and promote the HCA Safety Culture, prioritizing safety above all. Previous experience in a parts environment. A developed mechanical understanding. High computer literacy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly advantageous.
