We work hard to make life easier, safer and more sustainable across our network.Youll be a key part of our Quality Management team who maintain the supply of great quality food from our suppliers to our stores.About the roleWith training provided to help you develop a strong understanding of quality standards and product specifications, youll maintain the tools and equipment and manage the timely completion of quality inspections for fresh produce and chilled deliveries from our suppliers. This is a casual position, working 20-40 hours per week, with a requirement to be able to work across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays, and flexible start times (based on business needs). A majority of our Quality Inspector positions require early starts from 4AM.Other ways youll make an impact:Record and communicate inspection outcomes to the Coles Quality and Commercial teams.Ensure the highest quality products are dispatched from our DC to our stores.About you and your skillsExperience working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with your team.Excellent priority, time management, and communication skills to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.A proactive approach, able to work quickly and identify challenges and risks.Experience working with or the ability to quickly learn how to use a range of tools/equipment or systems for quality testing.Whats in it for you?More cash staying in your pocket: Eligible team members receive a 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
