Their commitment to safety, process improvement, and customer satisfaction makes them a valued partner in the commercial renovations and new build segments.Your responsibilitiesLead NSW operations including pre-installation site measurement, warehousing, logistics and installation functionsOversee project delivery from post-sale through to completion, ensuring time, budget, and quality goals are metManage and mentor internal teams and subcontractors across multiple job sitesEnsure compliance with WH&S policies and ISO 45001 standardsCoordinate with national teams across finance, production, and sales to align on delivery timelines and planningConduct risk assessments, ensure QA documentation, and maintain accurate project recordsDevelop and implement cost control measures while maximising efficiencyServe as the point of contact for technical and delivery-related customer queriesSenior experience in operations, project delivery, or construction-related leadershipStrong people management and team development capabilitiesKnowledge of WH&S practices; experience with ISO 45001 a plusBackground in building, joinery, cabinetry, or related trades preferredProficiency in project management and reporting systemsCommercially minded, with the ability to manage budgets and mitigate risksClear communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsSelf-directed and confident in taking ownership of outcomesSaunders Lynn and Company is dedicated to servicing the needs of B2B markets, particularly building materials, industrial and manufacturing.
